Bob Dylan, born Allen Zimmerman, is an influential rock musician. In the 1960s he used his music as a form of mass communication and way of protest for the Vietman War. Both police and civilians went to extremes to stop the anti-war message of peace from getting to the people. However, Bob Dylan courageously stood up against the American government and spread the message of peace through his music as he advocated for the end of the Vietnam War to his audience.
