​Albert Arnold Gore, Jr., known as Al Gore, is an American politician and environmentalist. Al Gore is the founder, and current chair of the Alliance for Climate Protection, which is a non-profit organization involved in education, and advocacy related to climate change. Gore received the Nobel Prize in 2007.
